the EduRoute Parent, a mobile application for parents and guardians to stay connected with their child's nursery. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
02 What We Collect
- Home address — your registered pickup and drop-off address, shared with the assigned driver for navigation.
- Enrollment information — enrollment details, used to link your account to the correct child records.
- Trip and status history — records of past trips and child status updates for your reference.
03 How We Use It
- To display the assigned driver's live location on the map during active pickup and drop-off trips.
- To show you your child's real-time status as updated by the driver (Arrived at Home, On Boarding, Delivered).
- To send push notifications about trip progress and your child's status changes.
- To share your home address with the assigned driver's navigation for pickup and drop-off routing.
04 Live Tracking
During an active trip, the driver's GPS location is streamed to your map in real time. This stops as soon as the trip ends. Your own location is never requested or collected by the app.
05 Data Sharing
Your home address is shared with the driver assigned to your child's route for navigation only. Trip history and your account details are accessible to the nursery administration. We use trusted third-party providers (cloud hosting, push notifications) under strict data agreements. We do not sell your data.
06 Data Retention
Account and enrollment data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure. Trip and status records are deleted after 90 days.
07 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data and your child's data. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
