This policy explains how EduPilot Teacher collects and uses your personal data when you use the mobile app EduPilot Teacher, made for teachers in Egypt. This app helps you manage classes, attendance, homework, exams, and AI-powered exam generation. Your data is processed in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
2. What Information We Collect
- Your account — name, email, phone number and password.
- Your classes — student names, codes and guardian contacts you enter, attendance records, homework, exams, grades and uploaded resources.
- Usage data — device token for notifications, app version, crash reports and IP address for security.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To run the app’s features: attendance by code, homework and exams, grading, notifications, reports and leaderboard scores.
- To generate exam questions using AI from the content you provide.
- To manage your account, subscription, support and security, and to comply with the law.
4. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the app (cloud hosting, push notifications, email, AI and payment providers) and with the guardians of your students through the parent app. We also disclose data when required by law.
5. Data Security and Retention
We protect your data with encryption, restricted access and secure storage. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time.
